Sleep is the ultimate deal breaker for your health. We tend to think mainly about nutrition and exercise for health. Unfortunately, without good sleep, any gains from your other efforts will be limited. Sleep affects everything: your weight, your concentration and memory, your brain and cardiovascular system health, sex hormones, exercise performance and risk of injury, and even your social life!
Getting better sleep improves every aspect of you health!
What to expect:
4 one-on-one VIP coaching sessions: These can be in person by phone or video call, for your convenience. On the 28-day plan, the first sessions will be on your start day, then we’ll have three more sessions on approximately days 7, 20 and 28. In these 30-45 minute sessions, we’ll dive into your personal sleep challenges, prioritize your specific issues, and help you pick the best individualized strategies you want to implement to help you get around the obstacles you face and get better sleep. The “approximately” part in the sentence above is in there so you can have flexibility on timing. This is built to be done as quickly as 28 days, but if it takes you longer, NBD (no big deal), you can opt for the 8 week plan, with coaching sessions on day 1, then during weeks 3 and 6 and 8. Same course, extra flexibility to fit your life better.
14 course modules: Delivered every other day. If every other day is too much for you, you can opt for the 8 week plan, with modules delivered every four days.
After the introductory module, each module covers a specific aspect of sleep. Modules will generally have:
- Sleep Facts: Why this is important for your healthspan. This is not a “study” course, and there will not be a quiz! But, you get relevant science-backed information summarized in a handy way for you to help strengthen your motivation.
- Sleep Strategies: Strategies others have successfully used to solve this specific problem.
- Sleep Hacks: When applicable, modules will highlight products and tools you can use to make this even easier.
- Sleep Habits: You then get to choose strategies that you can realistically implement to improve your sleep. We’ll use a habit building model where we start with small changes which can compound over time so you get the best possible result.
